Dr. Jenny Elliott is a distinguished chiropractor, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncturist, and the Clinic Director of the Central Health Care team. Building on the legacy of her father, Dr. Elliott has cultivated her own reputation through exceptional clinical expertise and dedication to patient care. She won the first annual Guelph Tribune Readers’ Choice Award for favourite chiropractor and has won that same award many times since. Most recently, Dr. Elliott was awarded the prestigious Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) Patient Care Award, an honor given to only one individual out of over 4,000 Ontario chiropractors. This award honours the exceptional contributions of an individual that has demonstrated leadership in all aspects of patient care, from treatment to service and beyond.

Dr. Matthew Longo, a native of Guelph, developed a strong passion for chiropractic care after personally benefiting from treatment for sports-related injuries during his youth. Inspired by the positive impact chiropractic care had on his physical well-being, Dr. Longo pursued a career in the field with the goal of helping others achieve improved health and mobility.
Dr. Longo began his post-secondary education at the University of Guelph, earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. He then continued his studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, where he graduated cum laude with clinic honours and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. Carly Manderson (Rolph) is a Guelph native with a strong academic & athletic background. She began her post-secondary education at Western University, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree while serving as captain of the women’s varsity hockey team.
After graduation, Dr. Manderson (Rolph) pursued her passion for professional hockey, playing for a season in the Swiss Women’s Hockey League, where she became the team’s first-ever North American import. She then traveled to Australia, where she contributed to her team’s success in securing the AWIHL championship.
Upon returning to Canada, Dr. Manderson (Rolph) furthered her education with a post-graduate program in Therapeutic Recreation. She gained valuable clinical experience working at Grand River Hospital on both a rehabilitation and recovery long-term care unit, as well as an adult inpatient mental health unit.

Monica Garcia is a dedicated & skilled Registered Physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal health & wellness goals. Originally from Guelph, she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Monica worked as a Certified Kinesiologist for three years in Oakville, specializing in rehabilitation exercises designed to reduce pain and enhance physical function.
Pursuing her passion for healthcare, Monica furthered her education by completing a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Brunel University in London, England. After earning her degree, she continued her professional development, practicing in the UK for 7 years across hospitals and private clinics. In these settings, Monica gained extensive experience in managing both acute injuries and chronic conditions.

Kelsey Brooks is well equipped with a wide range of tools to execute the most effective treatment plans for her clients. She graduated from the Mohawk College Massage Therapy program then continued to grow her skill set at the International Medical Arts Institute where she received her diploma in medical neuro-acupuncture, as well as certification in cupping and dry needling.
Kelsey believes the ability to stay active in a pain free way is the key element to functional well being and healthy lifestyle. In her personal time, she is a marathon runner which has fueled her interest in acute sport injuries and chronic conditions. She understands the importance of a whole-body approach in day to day living and fitness with a deep sense of body awareness and injury prevention.

Renata DeForest is an experienced registered massage therapist and member of the multidisciplinary team at Central Health Care. She uses a variety of different techniques such as Swedish massage & deep tissue release but has developed a passion for Manual Lymph Drainage and Decongestive Therapy.
Renata graduated from the distinguished D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy based in London, Ontario, in 1999. Since her graduation, Renata has honed her skills by working in a diversity of settings in Guelph including the Homewood Health Care Centre, chiropractic clinics, nursing homes and hospitals.
Renata completed her training in Manual Lymph Drainage and Decongestive Therapy with the internationally renowned school of Vodder International and has just completed her recertification at the Wittlinger Klinik in Austria.

Lacy Evans is a University of Guelph and triOS College alumni where she graduated from the massage therapy program with honours. She is passionate about helping others. Prior to becoming a registered massage therapist, she worked in community living group homes with both adults & children with special needs.
Lacy uses several massage techniques & skills, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and cupping to help each client achieve their unique goals and collaborates with each client as their needs change.
Massage Therapy is the perfect profession for Lacy combining her appreciation of science and anatomy with her love of working with people.

Jennifer was raised in the Elora/Fergus area and has been a long-time resident of the Guelph/Rockwood community. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) degree in Family and Social Relations at the University of Guelph. Jennifer’s passion for healthcare, specifically Massage Therapy, developed after seeking treatment for her own repetitive strain injuries. This led her to pursue formal training at the prestigious Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, where she graduated with distinction.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has gained valuable experience treating a diverse range of patients, including those with spinal cord injuries, high-risk obstetric patients at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, athletes, seniors with dementia, individuals suffering from chronic migraines, and those managing repetitive strain injuries and arthritis.

Christine Rossit has a wide scope of clinical experience. After graduating from the Canadian Therapeutic College with a diploma in Massage and Hydrotherapy she worked in Vail, Colorado before returning to Guelph. Her practice focused on pre & perinatal massage, labour support, as well as preventative & rehabilitative care.
Christine expanded her expertise by earning a diploma in Practical Nursing from Sheridan College. She worked at Guelph General Hospital in acute adult medicine and the Family Birthing Unit with postpartum mothers and newborns.
She has been a part of the Central Health Care team since 2021.

McKenna Ryan is a registered massage therapist who graduated with honors from Anderson College. Throughout her academic journey, she developed a robust understanding of anatomy, physiology, assessment techniques, and a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, all of which she applies to treat both acute and chronic conditions effectively. McKenna’s expertise allows her to provide tailored treatments aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing mobility & restoring function to her patients’ lives.
Her path to becoming a massage therapist is deeply rooted in personal experience. Witnessing several family members struggle with chronic pain throughout her upbringing, McKenna was motivated to explore avenues for alleviating discomfort and improving their quality of life. This inspiration fueled her decision to pursue a career in massage therapy, where she could make a meaningful impact on the well-being of others.

Kiara Sarro (Huck) is a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist who was born and raised in Guelph. With a deep passion for supporting individuals of all ages, she specializes in treating a wide variety of injuries and conditions, including strains, sprains, whiplash, low back pain, as well as both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Kiara is proficient in an array of therapeutic techniques, including cupping, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, stretching, and fascial release.
Additionally, she has pursued advanced training in pregnancy and infant massage, further expanding her expertise and ability to serve diverse patient needs.

Trina Scarrow brings over 25 years of expertise in the footwear and medical foot care industries. She graduated from the Ontario Chiropody Program at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN (University Health Network) in 2000, after completing her undergraduate studies in biology at The University of Western Ontario. Throughout her education, she gained valuable hands-on experience with clinical rotations at The Toronto General Hospital and Hamilton Health Sciences Chedoke Hospital, as well as serving at the diabetes chiropody center at McMaster Hospital. In addition to her academic training, Trina worked in the retail footwear industry for five years.
