Born and raised in Guelph, Kiara has always felt a very close tie to the community. She grew up immersed in competitive ringette and as such, suffered the wear and tear on her body that competitive sports bring. As a result, Kiara sought out massage therapy and was amazed by the positive effects that treatment brought.

Christine is a lifelong Guelphite. She graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College with a diploma in Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000. After graduation she worked in Vail, Colorado and returned to Guelph to massage. Her practice focused on pre and perinatal massage, labour support, as well as preventative and rehabilitative care.

Kelsey is a Registered Massage Therapist graduate from Mohawk College and is in good standing with the CMTO and RMTAO. She is an avid marathon runner and has successfully completed multiple international marathons. As a dedicated athlete she has experienced her fair share of injuries and discomforts that many athletes know all to well.

Lacy is a University of Guelph and triOS College alumni where she graduated from the massage therapy program with honours. She is passionate about helping others. Prior to becoming a registered massage therapist, she worked in community living group homes with both adults & children with special needs. Lacy uses several techniques & skills, including cupping to help each client achieve their unique goals and collaborates with each client as their needs change.
